It is located in the unique and gorgeous region of the Heartland of North Shomron on the Amir mountain range in the Shaked Bloc. The yishuv overlooks the Yizrael Valley from the east. The source of the name is the fact that it is situated in the inheritance of the tribe of Menashe.
